Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Once a design project is confirmed and work has begun, cancellations are not permitted. For cancellations before the project starts, contact us within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Refunds
As our services are digital and customized, no refunds will be issued after delivery. However, we ensure client satisfaction by offering minor revisions based on initial requirements.

Revisions
Up to 2 minor revisions are included per project. Any additional revisions may be charged based on complexity.

Dispute Resolution
In case of a billing or project-related dispute, please contact us at info@tkdesignsstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. We aim to resolve all concerns in good faith.
